Another Reason To Buy A Charlottesville Virginia Home

There is now another reason to buy a Charlottesville Virginia home.Rotunda at UVA

Those of us who already call Charlottesville home know all about the benefits of living in this Central Virginia city.  We can cite the beautiful countryside nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.  There is the fact that the University of Virginia is located in Charlottesville with the resulting cultural offerings and the opportunity to view ACC sports.  Or the ablility to enjoy the many outdoor activities such as hiking, canoeing and horseback riding to name a few.  And we enjoy the many excellent restaurants.

Now we have the fact that Virginia ia the number one state for business to add to the list.  According to CNBC news Virginia has taken over the top spot for 2009 from Texas.  This score is reached by comparing all of the states in 10 different areas such as education, business friendliness, work force and economy.

Now not only do you have another great reason for buying a Charlottesville Virginia home but you also have a good reason to relocate your business to Charlottesville as well.

Come home to Virginia!
