It is always fun to have a client buy a "to be built" Charlottesville home and to watch the home take shape with them.
This new home is going up quickly. A couple of weeks ago the roof wasn't on yet.
And last week we had the predrywall inspection. In the morning I met the home inspector who gave a great report. Then in the afternoon the homebuyer and I went through the home with the construction supervisor.
At this stage of construction of this new Charlottesville VA home we are able to actually see the size and layout ofthe rooms. We have a tentative date in early December for the final inspections. My client is sooo excited (and I am to).
