In 2009 the sales of attached homes was one of the stronger areas of our market. As you can see Charlottesville attached home sales are not up over 2009. However we are seeing slightly higher sale prices. With the difficulty in obtaining condo financing a townhome ppurchase still remains a good option for many homebuyers.
