Talking Charlottesville Real Estate, its starting to look a lot like spring.
Spring is my favorite time of year in Charlottesville. Each day during the past week as I drove into town I saw a new sign of spring. Last week it was daffodils blooming and buds on the forsytheia. Today the forsytheia are in full bloom. The maple trees are loaded with red buds and the willow trees are full of new green leaves. The Bradford pears are loaded with white buds and after another warm sunny day should be in bloom. On the way home this evening I saw pink cherry trees in bloom that had only been covered in buds this morning. Everyday there is something new to see.
The Charlottesville Virginia real estate market is showing signs of spring as well. In Charlottesville the spring market is historically our biggest sales time. Every day there are new listings coming on the market getting ready to be viewed by the spring buyers. Open houses are seeing an increase in traffic and the phone is starting to ring. The increase in activity should translate into an increase in sales in the spring.
Like the natural world the Charlottesville spring real estate market is sending up shoots to bloom in the spring sunshine.
