The positive take away on the Greene County real estate market is the fact that in 2010 both home sales and prices were up slightly over 2009. However these numbers are not strong enough to definately be considered a trend. We will have to see what happens in 2011. Before we will see a significant change in the Greene County real estate market, we will need to see a major reduction in available inventory.
