Louisa County home sales started out strong in the spring and summer, but started lagging in September and have stayed slow throughout the fall and into the winter. Until the last few months it had looked llike sales were going to be up over 2009. As we can see prices are down considerably. That may be a result of the foreclosed homes that came on the market. However a good sign is the fact that the year ended with inventory trending down in Louisa County.
