Charlottesville has received many national rankings acknowledging its position as a good place to do business.  In 2005 the city was nationally ranked as the 12th "Best Small Place for Business or a Career".  In addition Charlottesville has received a AAA bond rating from Moody's Investor Services and Standard & Poor's.  Plus Charlottesville made CNN/Money magazine's list of "100 Best Places to Live".
