Charlottesville Horse Farm For Sale - How Do I Choose A Real Estate Agent?

You are preparing to list your Charlottesville horse farm for sale and are probably aware that an important ingredient in acheiving a successful sale will be the listing agent.  There are lots of real estate agents in our area and looking through the shear numbers can be daunting.

So how do you chose the right agent to market and untimately sell your Charlottesville farm?  It is always a good idea to put together a list of questions.  Some of the questions that might go on your list could be "how long have you been in real estate?"  Or "how many homes did you sell last year?"  "Where will you advertise my farm?"  Or even "how much do you think my farm will sell for and what price should we list for?"
