Charlottesville joins Dothan Ala, Palm Bay Fla, Pittsburg Pa and San Francisco Calif as a top retirement destination. The article cites the pros of the Central Virginia climate, nearness to golf courses, parks and wineries, the availibility of art and theater, and the vibrant downtown.
