From 1/1/2009 - 9/30/2009, 110 homes sold on the Louisa County real estate market. Dduring the same period this year 127 Louisa County homes sold. So far we have seen an increase both in sales this year and in the price that buyers are willing to pay. These are good signs but we still have way too much inventory of homes listed for sale. Until the number of available homes is bought down, we will continue to see a buyers market.
