Charlottesville Virginia goes green - don't miss attending the Greenmatters Expo.
Beginning in May 2007 the Charlottesville VA community has been able to learn about green building and
ways to have a greener home through a series of Greenmatters workshops. Topics such as passive/active solar, green landscaping, Earthcraft homes and more have been discussed through the series. Sadly the series has finally come to an end, but they are inviting the entire community to attend the series ending festivities to be held on April 22 at the Paramount Theater on the downtown mall.
GreenMatters Expo from 10am-3pm
Come visit with and learn from more than 25 local organizations that work to advance green building and living.

Both events are free and open to the public. Come help us close out the GreenMatters series and thank all the presenters for their time and energy.
The marketing budget has dried up for this project so they are asking everyone to help get the word out. Feel free to repost or email this information.

Pam excellent of you to promote those local businesses that have decided to go Green!
It's so encouraging to know that there is a Green movement that is taking shape. Even those who don't believe in global warming can appreciate saving money.
Bill - Many clients ask me about the green features of the Charlottesville community.
