Glenmore Homes For Sale - Activity Is Picking Up

If you are keeping an eye on Glenmore homes for sale, you should know that activity is picking up.Glenmore Country Club

One of the best ways to track sales activity in the current market is by looking at the pending and contingent contracts.  In the month of April to date, 4/23/2009, 5 Glenmore homes have contingent contracts and there is one home with a contract pending.  Compare this with the March activity whe there was only one home for sale in Glenmore with a contract pending and no contingent contracts.  In February we saw one home with a pending contract and one with a contingent contract.

As you can see from these figure Glenmore home sales are up in spring market and we still have one more week to go this month.

The Glenmore Spring Real Estate Market is heating up.  Spring is the perfect time to come home to Virgintoia!

There are currently 39 Glenmore homes for sale ranging in price from 495.000 to $1,488,688.  There is a wide range of styles, sizes and price range in this very special community.  Now is the perfect time of year to take a tour of Glenmore and experience the Glenmore lifestyle.

Pam it is great to hear that sales activity has picked up quite a bit in your area. We are seeing the same thing here in Mass as well.

Bill - I'm glad that your area is picking up.  Now if those buyers wouldn't think that everything is at firesale prices.  They have been listening too much to the national media.

Hey, Pam.

I don't know the difference between a "contingent contract" and a "contract pending." Do your readers? Is it common knowledge for your service area?

Russel - Thanks for a good ideal for a post.  I am sure that not everyone understands this difference.
