In the month of April to date, 4/23/2009, 5 Glenmore homes have contingent contracts and there is one home with a contract pending. Compare this with the March activity whe there was only one home for sale in Glenmore with a contract pending and no contingent contracts. In February we saw one home with a pending contract and one with a contingent contract.

Pam it is great to hear that sales activity has picked up quite a bit in your area. We are seeing the same thing here in Mass as well.
