It has just been released that the 104th Annual Keswick Horse Show raised almot $50,000 for Habitat For Humanity. The show which was held on May 14-18 at the Keswick Hunt Club donated the profits from the show and the five accompaning gala social events to Habitat this year. hi Pam, as someone who is a BIG time animal lover and try to do what I can for causes close to my heart, this was soooooooooooo nice to read. $50K is an awesome amount to raise and my sis used to do project with Habitat, very nice!!!
Pam, I have never seen a horse show although I've been to the track to watch races. I'm glad they made so much money for a wonderful charity.
Marti - As a former member of the Keswick Hunt Club that horse show is a favorite event - . It is wounderful that they can carry on such a tradition and raise so much money for a worthy cause at the same time.
Carole - Horse shows are more about style than speed. But it is still a thrill to watch such beautiful animals going over the jumps.
